Cuddles on the Beach is a mocktail version of Sex on the Beach. Actually, it’s three possible recipes for a non-alcoholic version of that classic drink, and you may come up with yet another.
Making It a Mocktail
The basic idea for a no-alcohol Sex on the Beach is to remove the vodka and then replace the peach schnapps with peach nectar. Easy-peasy, and it tastes very much like the original.

Substitutions
Peach nectar is essentially a thicker version of peach juice. It contains both juice and pureed fruit. But, yes, peach juice can work in these recipes, too.
What about using a peach soda, you may ask? The peach nectar tastes more like schnapps, but you might be able to make a very tasty drink using a peach soda.
There are so many ways you can go with this drink. When you’re dealing with flavors as bold and tasty as cranberry and peach, it’s hard to go wrong.
I’ve included a few possible recipes to get you started. Don’t be afraid to mess around with these and change them up. Play with these recipes and make them your own!

Variations
The first recipe tastes the most like the original. It just leaves out the vodka and adds peach nectar in place of peach schnapps.
Recipe #2 adds some soda or tonic water to it. The original doesn’t have any kind of soda, so this is a fun, refreshing twist on it. A bubbly Sex on the Beach mocktail.
And the third recipe adds grenadine and ginger ale, so it’s going pretty far off script. But it tastes so good.

Food Pairings
This drink is great alongside a meal that’s savory and not too spicy. Chicken tenders with a ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce, for instance.
You could also pair it with a simple grilled whitefish dish, like this Blackened Whitefish Recipe with Peach Salsa. It continues the peach theme from the drink, which is just perfect.
Or if you prefer chicken, this One Pan Balsamic Chicken & Peach Skillet. Either way you go, the fruit flavors from the drink pair wonderfully with grilled or baked meat.
And it’s absolutely the bomb with french fries of any description – plain fries, seasoned fries, fries with garlic and parmesan. There’s something about greasy, starchy foods with light fruit juice that works so well.
Serving Tips
This is a great mocktail for entertaining, because it’s just so pretty and really does look like a cocktail. That makes it a very fun option for guests who aren’t drinking.
You can garnish it with fresh fruit or an umbrella, or both. That makes it look even more like an actual cocktail.
